History

KidLinks Foundation ("KidLinks") was formed on March 15, 2001. The founders are all associated with independent energy companies, financial institutions providing capital to the independent energy sector, financial advisors and equipment and services providers to energy companies.

The foundation is a section 501 (c)(3) organization for income tax purposes.

Over the years, a substantial number of sponsors have made the annual support of children focused programs and services possible.

KidLinks has an all volunteer structure that enables a high percentage of sponsor contributions to accomplish the primary purpose of KidLinks helping kids.
