Purpose

The primary purpose of KidLinks is to provide a platform for the energy sector to support charities that focus on the emotional and physical needs of children.

The goals of KidLinks are:

1. To provide diverse opportunities for workers in energy
   focused companies to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
   
   
2. To provide an opportunity for energy related concerns
   and professionals to support charities that clearly make an impact in the lives of terminally ill, critically ill, emotionally ill and handicapped children.
   
   
3. To provide energy participants a direct avenue to respond
   to community needs and receive the appropriate recognition for their efforts, thereby increasing the positive profile of the independent energy industry in local communities.
   
   
4. To provide a broadened involvement in local activities for
   representatives of the independent energy industry.
